I have no idea why "Possibly Maybe" by Björk re debuts... but whatever. Also "The Reason" by Céline Dion at 19 and the gorgeous song "Teardrop" by Massive Attack, with the vocals by Elizabeth Fraser. And TORI AMOS claims number one!! "Spark" is easily one of her very best songs!!
