19.- Dixie Chicks - Travellin' Soldier (DEBUT)
20.- Stacie Orrico - Stuck (DEBUT)

One of the finest Dave Matthews Band songs debuts. Maybe their best? Not sure, but it rocks. Also Dixie Chicks debut with a cool song, but still, I think Travellin' Soldier is overrated. Not as much as Not Ready To Make Nice, but still a bit. And finally, Stacie Orrico at 20.

Disincanto by Mango is a great song. I just listened to it again and while it's very good, it's not his best. I remember getting an album of his and not liking it. So I wonder if he's a singles artist.

Only one debut and it's Aimee Mann. This album, Lost In Space, remains her masterpiece. At first i thought all songs were similar but I appreciate it much more now. It's Not is a beautiful, if slow ballad, that really grabbed me from the beginning.

Beth Gibbons, the singer from Portishead, released a solo album... ok, in collaboration with Rustin Man. After this first amazing single, I expected more from her album, but still it contains a few brilliant songs. Mysteries and music like it, should be more widely known. And at 17, Sigur Rós debut with the first track from that "()" album, which I later read that it was called "Vaka" but they just got ridiculous and decided not to name the songs on the album. I mean... come on!

And at 19, Westlife debut with the first single of their Greatest Hits album of the same name. I think it's a bit weak, but oh well.

image, while Michael W. Smith debuted at 19 with the instrumental Prayer For Taylor.

A debut on top! I still certainly consider This Is How My Heart Heard as the best song on Phantom Moon. Sadly, when Duncan reached the peak of his creativity with that album, it was only downhill from there :(

Only one debut. I remember liking it when I got the album, but never felt it was amazing. Yet, around that time, Will Young also released his version of Evergreen, and back then I didn't care about Will, so I charted Westlife's version to counter that jajaajaja. Now, Westlife are no more and Will is a favorite of mine <3
