Third Eye Blind were a really cool band, and I suppose they're still together, it's just that I haven't heard about a new album or something. The second single from this band, enters the chart at 16, "How's It Going To Be". At 17, the rockers Pearl Jam with "Given To Fly". And last but not least, Garth Brooks debuts at 18 with "Long Neck Bottle" with a collaboration by Steve Wariner.
