In Europe, the song "Alane" by Wes, became a big hit. During those days, there was something called The Eurochart, compiling info from radio station from different parts of Europe to create it, it was really cool. "Alane" might have been a hit in some countries, not necessarily in all. At 19, Matchbox 20 debut with "Real World" a nice song, but nowhere near as good as "Push". And at 20... Lutricia McNeal!! the song was called "Stranded" and it was also a big hit in Europe, but I highly doubt that people in this part of the world remember or even know who she was or is. And that's fine, other than that song, she never had another hit, thanks for that!
