It was obvious to see Blur fall, damn MTV only played the video twice that i know... if they played it more times, that must have been months later. And at 14, we see the debut of David Bowie helped by the Pet Shop Boys in the song "Hallo Spaceboy" which was a nice song. This was during a brief period (a few years) where I considered Bowie to be great. While at the top, Björk is still trying to dethrone Take That. "Hyper-Ballad" had an awesome video, and I wished the video would had covered the totallity of the song.
