Jajajajajaja, Gwyneth Paltrow appears in the Melissa video! Which by the way, is a great song, not GREAT, but just great enough to remember it fondly. We also have "Penelope" by Diego Torres, a cover that leaves the original to shame in my personal opinion. Joan Manuel Serrat never gave it that feeling needed... but that's just me. It's a beautiful story about a woman who goes insane by waiting her man for years and years. He promised he would return and that's her only hope, but when he finally returns, he's so changed and she says "He wasn't like this, your face and your skin, you're not who I am waiting for" ahhhhh, it still breaks my heart. Anyway, and finally Alanis returns with a new single "Ironic" which proved to be a worldwide hit, and since my chart was based around hits, it was impossible not to debut here.
