Tori Amos behind Mark Owen again??? Yes, it never happened again, I promise!! Anyway, the highest debut goes to the italian Robert Miles with his first international hit "Children", the song even had two different videos. People who claimed knowing much about music, kept raving how much they knew about this kind of music and how much it calmed down teenegaers in france after a night of discotheques... anyway! The song is entirely instrumental and VERY good! Then, the trio Fugees debut also with another international hit "Killing Me Softly", a cover. Boyzone also return to the chart with a more upbeat single, "Together", trying to make up for "Coming Home Now" which was not played anywhere!! And another good song by Sting at 14, "You Still Touch Me". At one point, I even considered buying "Mercury Falling", since all the singles released were to my liking.
